This is easily the most underrated burrito spot in the area, and the best. This is also my most overdue review. None of this is hyperbole by the way, so don't take this with a grain of salt. Again, I'm not being sarcastic. I was introduced to this place by my buddy who said they had a food truck next to his high school 10 years before. He said it was the best burrito in the world. I was highly doubtful going in, but having been there 100 times since, it might have the case. I won't lie, I enjoy every burrito I've had in my life. I have never eaten a burrito and been completely unsatisfied. That said, most burritos are impossible to differentiate from one another. They have the same contents almost always and similar flavor. The burrito here has a flavor that I cannot describe. I don't know what type of zest or salt or whatever they put in it, but this burrito has this unique zing to it that is absolutely magical. Every single time, without fail, this place lights my taste buds on fire. Then I feel really fat, and think about purging in the bathroom. These burritos aren't massive, but they are for sure large, and you'll be full regardless of your appetite. Also, for SF, what a great price! This is my favorite burrito spot I've ever been to, and I'm lucky to work nearby. Los Compadres forever! Or until I move out of the bay area, which will hopefully be sooner rather than later.

3.5 stars but I'll round up. Pleasantly surprised by how tasty my quesadilla from here was. The line at noon wasn't bad, maybe just 2 people ahead of us, but I did notice more people start to queue up after we were done ordering so you might want to go right at noon or just before noon to avoid waiting in a line. Quesadilla was only $7 + tax, really affordable compared to a lot of the other options in the area! I count myself lucky if I'm able to get lunch in the $10 range. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and it came out piping hot and with a perfectly chewy + crispy tortilla. Nicely sized portions, I was very full after eating the whole thing. Friendly service as well, I plan to be back!

You can't beat 2 bucks for 2 tacos! They offer burritos and quesadillas at unbeatable prices as well - especially in this area! The owners at this taco truck is super nice. Great location and with great prices!

I had just eaten at BBQ food truck when I happened by this place and thought, why not! I ordered the mini taco plate with chicken and spicy red sauce and since it was only $5 (and had mini in its name) I thought it might be more like a snack. Turned out it was a reasonably sized meal and a real bargain at that price when compared to the $8 sandwich I had just eaten. Double wrapped tortilla's were fresh, soft and thick. Meat was excellent and the sauce was very hot, but not stupid hot.

Great tacos served in a truck? Believe it! What a perfect place for a take out lunch. While you can easily have lunch here for under $8, I wouldn't call their $1.50 tacos cheap since each taco is so small. I needed to eat 2 tacos and a cheese quesedia to become completely full. By the way, the beef they use in their tacos is SO good. Not one of those completely ground down meat like Taco Bell, but half-way ground beef with tasty seasoning and nice hot sauce. The hot peper it comes with is also very good. Thumbs up!
